These terms apply to your use of TampaDownPaymentHelp.com, which is operated by Benjamin Navarre, a licensed Florida real estate sales associate with LPT Realty, through his business entity, Gray Street Marketing LLC ("I," "me," or "my"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.
About this site
This site shares general information about down payment assistance and the home-buying process in the Tampa area. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the City of Tampa or any government agency. I am a real estate agent, not a mortgage lender or loan originator.
Information on this site is for general education only. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Assistance programs are subject to eligibility, program guidelines, lender approval, and availability of funds, and their terms may change without notice. Nothing on this site guarantees that you will qualify for any program or loan.
Real estate services
Using this site or contacting me does not by itself create an agency or client relationship. Any representation will be established through a separate written agreement between you and LPT Realty.
Text messaging program
Program description. The form on this site includes two optional SMS consent checkboxes, both unchecked by default. By checking the first, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Benjamin Navarre, LPT Realty (Gray Street Marketing LLC) about your guide request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-up on your inquiry. By checking the second, separate checkbox, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages about homebuying programs and services. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Neither checkbox is required to submit the form or receive the guide.

- Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies.

Your mobile information is handled as described in my Privacy Policy. It will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you provide your email address, you may receive emails related to your request and the home-buying process. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

The content on this site, including text, graphics, and downloadable guides, belongs to me and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, republish, or distribute it without my written permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
