This website, TampaDownPaymentHelp.com, is operated by Benjamin Navarre, a licensed Florida real estate sales associate with LPT Realty, through his business entity, Gray Street Marketing LLC ("I," "me," or "my"). This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.

Information I collect

Information you give me. When you fill out a form, call, text, or email me, I collect what you provide. That includes your name, phone number, email address, and anything you choose to share about your home-buying goals or situation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and the platforms that host it may collect basic technical information. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site. Cookies and similar technologies are used to collect it.

How I use your information

  • To respond to you and send the free guide or other information you request
  • To provide real estate services if you choose to work with me
  • To send you text messages and emails you have agreed to receive
  • To understand how visitors use this site and to measure and improve my advertising

Text messaging program

Benjamin Navarre, LPT Realty (Gray Street Marketing LLC) offers text messaging to people who request information through the form at TampaDownPaymentHelp.com.

How you opt in. The form includes two optional SMS consent checkboxes, both unchecked by default. The first lets you agree to receive non-marketing texts about your guide request, appointment scheduling, and follow-up on your inquiry. The second, separate checkbox lets you agree to receive marketing and promotional texts about homebuying programs and services. Neither checkbox is required to submit the form or receive the guide, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the type of messages you agreed to receive.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out and help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact me using the information below.

Information collected. When you opt in, I collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent, including the date, time, and which checkbox you selected.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties.

How your information is shared

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers who help me operate this site and communicate with you, such as my website, CRM, email, and text messaging platforms. They may only use your information to provide services to me.
  • My brokerage, LPT Realty, as required for supervision and recordkeeping under Florida real estate law.
  • People involved in your home purchase, such as a lender, housing counselor, or title company, only when you ask me to or authorize it.
  • Legal requirements, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect my rights or the safety of others.

Cookies and advertising

This site may use cookies and advertising tools, such as those provided by Google and Meta, to understand site traffic and measure how well my ads perform. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how some parts of the site work.

Your choices

  • Texts: Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
  • Emails: Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
